The positive points which made me force to book.

1. Location, its big plus point.
2. Pre Launch offer looks good, After first 99 customer, the price is going to be 2500 and also they are going to increase for car parking and amenities
3. I am assuming the quality will be good, they are planning to outsource construction to L&T or any reputed builder who has experience with high-rise towers.
